Fast Track Self Defense offers a full on-line Krav Maga and Self-Defense fitness program. On-line classes make training easily available and are designed to help anyone achieve their fitness goals, while learning to defend themselves and their family. Fast Track Self Defense offers beginner to advanced Krav Maga and kickboxing classes. All fitness levels are welcome.
Meet your instructor
Maria Reynolds is a black belt with the United States Krav Maga Association and a certified instructor. She also has a 1st degree black belt in TaeKwonDo. She was on a competition team and earned a AAU National championship in her division during that time. As a former Law Enforcement Officer she wanted to train as many people as possible to defend themselves when necessary.

Cardio/Kickboxing: Tue/Thu 8am & Mon/Wed 7pm
In person classes limited due to current restrictions.
Private classes, personalized training programs, seminars and group classes are available. We also support businesses looking to provide employee health and empowerment programs.
